1. About Find Injury Care
Find Injury Care (“Find Injury Care,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a health technology and provider-discovery platform designed to help users discover and independently connect with healthcare providers based on information such as specialty, location, services, and provider-reported insurance information.
Find Injury Care is not a hospital, medical clinic, physician practice, healthcare provider, medical practice, insurer, or emergency medical service.
Find Injury Care does not itself diagnose, treat, prescribe for, or provide medical care to patients. Healthcare services are provided solely by independently practicing healthcare professionals and healthcare organizations.
2. Independent Provider Selection
Find Injury Care allows users to search and review information about participating healthcare providers. Users are responsible for independently selecting the healthcare provider they wish to contact or request an appointment with.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, Find Injury Care does not select a healthcare provider on behalf of a user, diagnose a user’s condition, or determine which provider or treatment is medically appropriate for the user.
3. No Medical Advice
Information appearing on the Platform—including articles, educational material, provider information, search results, reviews, advertisements, and other content—is provided for general informational purposes only.
Nothing on the Platform constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or a recommendation for a particular medical treatment. You should consult a qualified healthcare professional regarding your individual medical condition or healthcare needs.
Do not delay or avoid seeking professional medical care because of information obtained through the Platform.
4. Emergency Medical Conditions
Find Injury Care is not an emergency medical service.
If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or contact your nearest emergency department immediately.
Do not use the Platform for emergency medical assistance.
5. Healthcare Providers
Healthcare providers listed on the Platform are independent healthcare professionals or healthcare organizations. A provider’s presence on the Platform does not constitute an endorsement, certification, guarantee, or recommendation by Find Injury Care.
Providers are solely responsible for their professional licenses, credentials, medical decisions, patient diagnosis, treatments, consent, medical records, and compliance with applicable healthcare laws and insurance participation requirements.
6. Insurance Information
Insurance information displayed on the Platform may be provided by healthcare providers and may change over time. References to Workers’ Compensation, No-Fault, PIP, health insurance, or other insurance participation do not guarantee that a particular service will be covered or reimbursed.
Users should confirm coverage and financial responsibility directly with the provider and applicable insurer before receiving care.
7. Appointment Requests
The Platform allows users to submit appointment requests to independent providers. Submitting a request does not guarantee that the provider will accept the request, provide treatment, or have availability.
The provider is responsible for confirming appointments and communicating with the patient regarding availability, treatment, payment, insurance, and other clinical matters.
8. Telehealth
Where available, Find Injury Care may provide technology facilitating connection for telehealth services. Find Injury Care does not itself provide medical care through telehealth.
9. Provider Profiles and User Reviews
Provider profiles may contain information supplied by providers, publicly available information, or verification sources. Reviews represent the experiences of individuals who submitted them and do not necessarily represent the views of Find Injury Care.
10. Advertising and Sponsored Placement
Find Injury Care may offer providers paid advertising, enhanced profile, or sponsored-placement services. Payment for advertising does not guarantee patient volume, appointments, leads, revenue, or medical outcomes.
11. Google Ads and Digital Marketing Services
Where digital marketing services are provided to healthcare practices, providers remain responsible for the accuracy of their professional credentials, services, pricing, and claims.
12. Payments
Platform and technology fees are separate from fees charged by healthcare providers for medical services. Find Injury Care does not determine a provider’s professional medical fees.
13. User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, use the Platform only for lawful purposes, and not interfere with Platform security, scrape content, or disclose another person’s private health information without authorization.
14. Privacy and Personal Information
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
15. Third-Party Services
The Platform may contain links to third-party services. Find Injury Care does not control third-party services and is not responsible for their independent privacy practices, security, or content.
16. Intellectual Property
Platform branding, content, design, and software are owned by or licensed to Find Injury Care and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
17. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind.
18. Limitation of Liability
Find Injury Care will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Find Injury Care is not responsible for medical treatment, diagnosis, clinical decisions, medical outcomes, or provider conduct.
19. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Find Injury Care from claims arising from your unlawful use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.
20. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access where we reasonably believe that a user has violated these Terms, applicable law, or security requirements.
21. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will state their effective date.
22. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable law without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
